As a part of my Doctor of Philosophy (Management) I am conducting research which aims to develop a new quantitative instrument for measuring authentic leadership. This research is being supervised by Dr Sarah Dawkins, Adjunct Professor Angela Martin, and Dr Gemma Lewis.
You are being invited to participate in an online survey for preliminary validation of the Authentic Leader behaviours Index (ALBI) which currently comprises 16 items.
The process, if you choose to participate, involves:
1. Completing the following survey.
2. Considering participating in the next stage of the research (optional) involving tutor-student pairing.
If you would like, you can request to be sent a summary of findings after the completion of this research, before December 2018. Aggregate results of this questionnaire will be reported in my PhD thesis, and may be published in a number of academic journal articles.
